Our Philosophy
At Little Lamps Daycare, we believe that every child carries a little light within them — full of curiosity, wonder and incredible potential. Our role is to provide a safe, loving and nurturing environment where that light can grow brighter every day.
Little Lamps is more than just a daycare. We are a home away from home where babies and young children are cared for with warmth, patience and individual attention while being given meaningful opportunities to play, explore, learn and grow.
Our approach combines learning through play with Montessori-inspired experiences, allowing children to develop naturally at their own pace. Through sensory activities, music and movement, storytelling, outdoor exploration, creative play and age-appropriate learning experiences, we encourage confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning. We understand that the early years are incredibly important. That is why we focus not only on education, but on the whole child — their emotional wellbeing, communication, social development, physical development and sense of security.
At Little Lamps, we also believe that parents are an important part of a child’s journey. We strive to create a strong partnership between our teachers and families, giving parents the reassurance that their little ones are safe, loved, understood and well cared for throughout the day. From nourishing meals and comfortable rest to purposeful play and plenty of cuddles, every part of our day is thoughtfully planned around the needs of young children.

Your tuition includes nutritious meals and snacks, all learning materials, art and craft supplies, Montessori activities, music classes, speech and language enrichment, sensory play, outdoor exploration, water play, themed learning experiences, and much more.
There are no hidden classroom fees for everyday learning. We believe parents should have peace of mind knowing that every child has access to a rich, engaging, and well-rounded learning experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

At Little Lamps Daycare Centre, we focus on building a strong foundation in English and Bahasa Malaysia, the two primary languages used in Malaysia. As a bilingual daycare, children are naturally immersed in both languages through everyday conversations, storytelling, songs, play, and hands-on learning activities.
We believe that developing confidence in both English and Bahasa Malaysia from an early age strengthens communication skills, supports cognitive development, and prepares children for future academic success while helping them connect with the diverse community around them.
